Services

The platform connects customers with digital assistants, marketplace listings and human contractors. Digital assistants help with booking, quoting, job intake and administration. Critical job details should be confirmed with a human worker before work begins.

Launch offers and pricing

Launch offers, support inclusions and yearly discounts are shown on the pricing page. Custom builds, integrations, emergency work and managed services may require a separate quote.

Marketplace

Listings may be offered for hire, subscription or sale. Each listing may include licence terms, delivery terms, support terms and refund rules.

Contractors

Contractors are responsible for maintaining required licences, insurance, tax obligations and accurate profile information.

Payments and invoices

The first 7 days can be started with a one-time PayPal payment. Follow-up plan payments are issued by invoice and handled outside recurring PayPal subscription billing. Accounts may pause after the access period until invoice payment is confirmed.

Governing law

These terms are intended for Queensland, Australia operations unless a written agreement states otherwise.
